🚙 Buying a Vehicle

How do I contact a seller?

Click on any vehicle to view details. If you are signed in, you will see a "Reveal Seller Info" button. This will show the seller's email or phone number. You contact them directly to arrange a viewing.

What does "Pending" mean?

A "Pending" status usually means the seller has accepted an offer or the vehicle is temporarily off the market, but the sale hasn't been finalized yet. You can still view these cars, but they may not be available.

Do you offer financing or shipping?

Accessible Mobility Cars is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own the vehicles. Financing and shipping must be arranged directly between you and the seller or through third-party providers.

How much does it cost to sell?

It is currently FREE! We have waived the standard listing fees for our global launch (Standard, Pro, Premium, and Dealer packages are $0.00). There are zero commissions on the final sale price. You keep 100% of the money you make. Optional paid "Boosts" are available if you want extra visibility.

How long will my car stay listed?

Your listing stays active until it is sold! There are no monthly renewal fees. We just ask that you mark it as "Sold" in your dashboard once it's gone.

How do I edit my listing?

Go to "My Dashboard" in the top menu. Find your vehicle and click the "Edit" button. You can update the price, description, status, and photos instantly.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. If you choose to purchase an optional Boost or Upgrade, all payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store your credit card information.

How do I avoid scams?

Always view the vehicle in person before sending money. Never wire funds via Western Union or MoneyGram to someone you haven't met. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
